The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Rome, a few steps from the most significant sites. Very bright, it is furnished with taste and quality materials, it is located on the 4th floor with lift. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment consists of a living area with a sofa bed for one and a half and chaise longue, satellite TV, home theater, Xbox, dining area with table and chairs. The fitted kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, automatic coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster. Iron and ironing board, and basic necessities. Bedroom with safe and TV. Bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The apartment also has air conditioning, heating, free wifi internet connection and laptops to offer to guests the highest level of comfort. We provide linens, towels, soaps and shampoos. For sports lovers, it is available an elliptical (cross-trainer).
In Rome it's dued a City Tax of Euro 3,50 per person per night for the first 10 days (not included). Are exempt minors before 10 years of age. The city tax must be paid in cash at check in.
