The two bungalows are located by the sea, inside a fenced plot on the beautiful beach of Foxi Manna in Marina di Tertenia (OG), land of white sandy beach with dunes and the emerald sea that degrades slowly.
The beauty of this place is the wild and unspoiled nature, with all the wonder of the sea, available without having to move.
Each bungalow consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.
Guests have at their disposal: the porch and an outdoor hot shower for exclusive use. Gym, bicycles, kayaks, garden (chairs, umbrellas), shared use beach with direct access.
Suitable for families with children.
Guests will always have direct contact with Stefano you will find on the spot.
Around the Marina, there are several bars and restaurants and two convenience store. At only 10-minute drive away you can reach the country of Tertenia. Just 20 minutes by car, you can reach Arbatax. See detailed file

OLBIA - Leaving from Olbia you can find the directions for the 4 lanes motorway CAGLIARI / SASSARI / NUORO (SS 131 d.C.O.). After about 90 km follow the Nuoro hospital exit (51 KM) and then the SS 389 with directions Lanusei - Arbatax (you will pass through a gallery of about 1 km.). You follow the expressway, after about 60 Km, on the left, skirting the village of Villanova Strisaili and shortly thereafter you will come to a junction that is located in front of a petrol station "ESSO", you have to go straight until you get to Lanusei. Once in Lanusei follow the directions to Cagliari and take the S.S. 125, from here on follow the directions for TERTENIA - TERTENIA OF MARINA.

PORTO TORRES - Leaving the harbor you have to follow the directions for Sassari, until to take the road S.S. 131 Carlo Felice, where you have to follow the directions to Cagliari. After about 75 km you will arrive in proximity of the town of Macomer. The S.S. 131 runs along the city and once you to travel a long descent you have to take the junction for Nuoro. Once you arrived on the outskirts of Nuoro you must follow the directions for Lanusei - Arbatax (There is a gallery of about 1 km.). After about 60 Km, on the left, skirting the village of Villanova Strisaili and shortly after you come to a junction that is located in front of a petrol station "ESSO" you have to go straight until you get to Lanusei. Once in Lanusei follow the directions to Cagliari and take S.S. 125, from here on follow the directions to TERTENIA - TERTENIA OF MARINA.

ALGHERO - Leaving Alghero take the S.S.131 towards Cagliari. After about 90 km, at Abbasanta, you see the directions for Nuoro: take the flyover that will take you on the other side of the road. You have to arrive to the industrial area of Nuoro. Follow the directions for "Nuoro - Lanusei - Arbatax" (you go through a gallery of about 1 km.). After about 60 Km, on the left, you will skirts the village of Villanova Strisaili and soon after you will reach a junction that you will find in front of a small station "ESSO" service, you have to go straight until you get to Lanusei. Once in Lanusei follow the directions to Cagliari and take the S.S. 125, from here on follow the signs to TERTENIA - TERTENIA OF MARINA.

TORTOLI'/ ARBATAX - You have to follow the directions to Cagliari and then turn onto the new S.S. 125, from here on, follow the signs for TERTENIA - MARINA DI TERTENIA (maximum journey time 20 minutes).

CAGLIARI - Leaving the airport of Cagliari/Elmas follow the directions for CAGLIARI and immediately take the S.S. 554 following the indication VILLASIMIUS. Continue on the S.S. 554 until you will reach the directions for MURAVERA, then exit from the S.S. 554. From this point on, take the S.S. 125 and you will have to go straight until you will reach a flyover, from here on resume the direction for VILLASIMIUS. After less than 10 minutes by fast road you come to a fork in the road that we must take on the left (towards VILLASIMIUS) henceforth always go straight on following the directions for MURAVERA until the point where the new road interrupts and there will be an exit that will back on the old S.S. 125, on this junction you have to take the way on your left, from here go straight on until you will find the exit MARINA DI TERTENIA.
